ODC NIMBUS Announces its Next Generation DVD
Mastering Equipment will be Installed at DELUXE.

Switchable HD/Blu-Ray Technology Allows for Format Independence.

Burbank, CA, April 22, 2005 - ODC Nimbus announces an agreement to install its next generation DVD mastering equipment at Deluxe Digital Studios in Burbank, California. ODC Nimbus will unveil its new Laser Beam Recorder (LBR) for HD-DVD and Blu-Ray Disc mastering at Media-Tech in May.

According to Gregg Johnson, Vice President of Strategic Planning, Deluxe Digital Studios, “ODC Nimbus may be a new company but it brings us long-standing relationships that have a proven track record on new format development. The equipment for next generation mastering is built on well understood technology with a rock-solid manufacturing history.”

“We have waited for this day,” states James Wu, President of ODC Nimbus. “Following the acquisition of ODC in April and Nimbus in August of 2004, we have focused on developing new equipment, integrating technology, and consolidating operations. This agreement with Deluxe inaugurates a new chapter and validates our decision to combine the technical capabilities of ODC and Nimbus into one company."
