ODC Nimbus products are designed to require minimal
replacement parts when correctly maintained. When
a spare part is required however, ODC Nimbus customers
can rest assured that a stock of all parts deemed
to be “critical” to the performance of
the equipment is maintained in inventory at all times.
Certain parts and supplies used by ODC Nimbus equipment
are considered to be consumable items. ODC Nimbus
can provide these consumable items in an emergency,
however customers are encouraged to purchase “off
the shelf” items from a number of suppliers.
ODC Nimbus provides all customers with a list of
recommended suppliers for these items.
ODC Nimbus proprietory parts and supplies are often
critical to the normal and consistent operation of
ODC Nimbus equipment and processes. For that reason,
ODC Nimbus recommend that these items are purchased
exclusively from ODC Nimbus.
